Oh no, assembly language I can do, but I struggle with GUI interfaces. I just clicked on the "Posts" button instead of "Post" and Blogger gave me a new blank page wiping out all that I had just written for your general interest about the code I have been writing in the recent past. Let's just say in summary that my code doesn't push 150 objects so well using the 68000, but I have interesting screenshots to post in due course about the problems arising from testing how many objects the 68000 ISR could push, and the effects of object flags like RELEASE on the screen display. [If you can read this, I found the correct button this time...]

Yes, I'm going to tell you all about the Flash ROM problems and their solutions when I get a chance.

Aha, problem with Blogger discovered. If you type too much it clears the form. Very annoying. All I've got left is what I typed after it cleared the form, thinking that it had given me more space for input. It had not, it had deleted the previous text. What was left? Just "that it did not kick in early enough."

What have I been working on lately? Since discovering the Jagulator now runs all of my demos, at least in one-player mode (because Jagulator currently only supports one Jaguar controller, and no Teamtap, I have devoted a bit of time to writing some new (unsolicited) object demos for RealityMan, as I have been pushing as many as 90 objects previously, I thought I would see just how far I could push my enhanced (read complex) object code which is still using the 68000 processor at present. This will also see just how well the emulator can handle such a load, with scaling and numerous parallax layers in use at once.

Late August already, and although activity on my updates page has been quite significant lately, updates on my blog have been non-existent. However, as I have not previously publicised this, I do not feel guilty. In future I will update my blog with coding progress reports, and update the updates page with news of new BadCode downloads and information.
